Hullo dear readers and happy Christmas Eve Eve! I'm not sure about you but I really don't feel very Christmassy at all this year. I've tried my best to get into the mood but it really isn't happening.

That may partly be due to the fact that unfortunately Ben has had to go to Australia to due to some sad family news. This will be the first time we've spent the festive period apart in about 6 years and I'm really surprised at how much it's upset me. Obviously family comes first - but I can't wait for him to come back. He's worked really hard this year - so I think a little break away will be in order in the new year.

That said, this does mean that I will be spending my whole Christmas break back up north with my family - which I am so psyched about! I'll be heading back tomorrow via train, so will get a chance to relax on the journey up, sketching out ideas and catching up on some shows. Heck - I might even treat myself to a bottle of bubbly! We don't have much planned and will hopefully be a relaxing few days; full of food, films and merry times.

I'll be back home in Greenwich on Tuesday - where I think I might take a trip to the local Picture House and see the new Star Wars film. I'm uber excited to see the film so hopefully I should be able to squeeze in somewhere. Followed by a trip to Noodle Time for some amazing udon noodles.

Wed and Thurs I'll be back in the office, only for half day, and I'm thinking of just spending the New Years in front of the telly sketching away. I've never been one to celebrate New Years really so being alone for it doesn't bother me too much.

What are you lovely people up to this Christmas? Let me know in the comments below! :)

Toodles!
