Bonjour, hello!! Okay, so in my last post I wrote about being a bit slack on the blogging front since Christmas, and also how having 'me time' is so important - especially if you're an introvert.

I was browsing my Bloglovin' stream and saw that Danielle had done a 'Me Time' tag -- seeing as it fits with my last post so well, I thought I'd go ahead and steal it for myself. Sorry Danielle!

1. What do you do during me-time?
I am a big geek, so my first go-to things to do are video games or anime. I love watching films and catching up with TV, too.  If I'm feeling particularly productive I'll do some sketches and add to my portfolio of unfinished work that will probably never get finished. I'd kind of say blogging too, I mean I guess I obviously fit it in when I get time - but I don't think I'd class it as me-time.

2. What do you wear during me-time?
My comfiest thing to wear whilst vegging out is shorts and a tee. Our apartment is warm enough not to have to wear anything else to be comfortably snug.

3. What do you eat or drink during me-time?
I love sitting down with a mug of tea. It's something even the action of doing it gives me a sense of calm and gets me relaxed. If I have a pack of jelly sweets in the fridge I'll snack on those, too!

4. Current favorite candle?
It is, and always will be, the Yankee vanilla cupcake flavour. It smells so good.

5. Do you ever have outdoor me-time?
Now that I live in the city, not so much. When I used to live on the farm I used to love walking around the woods with some chilled out music on.

6. Would you ever go see a movie alone?
I've been to see quite a few actually! I didn't have many friends growing up as I lived in the sticks, so I used to go by myself quite a lot and it stemmed from there. If Ben is working away and there's a film in the cinema I really want to see, I don't see any reason why not to go just because I'm by myself. It's not like you talk when the film's on anyway :)

7. Favorite online shop?
I don't do much shopping online really. The only 2 sites I buy from is either Amazon or the PlayStation Store. I can pretty much source everything I need from those 2!

8. Anything to add? What else do you do during me-time?
As you all know by now The Holiday is my favourite film. It's one of those films I have, and can, watch over and over again - I just love it! Any time I need a laugh, to cry, de-stress, etc- I'll stick it on or listen to the soundtrack. I occasionally practice my motion graphics, although I've not done that for a while - so really need to get back into that now I've bit the bullet and got an Adobe CC sub.
