Hello my little blogletts! Firstly, apologies for not posting my usual stuff this weekend. I wasn't really on Pinterest a lot last week and I spent most of Sunday cleaning, gaming and enjoying Ben being back home after his week away. I love my own space and time to do what I want, but I don't half miss him when he's away!

It's also Movember month, which I am once again taking part in. It's strange, I still can't grow a proper beard but I can grow a killer tache. Go figure! If you'd like to support my hairy efforts this month I would be so grateful. Visit my Mobro page for more details, and this is what I envisage my efforts will bloom :D

Work is absolutely crazy so I feel like all my brain capacity is focusing on that at the moment. We've just taken on a new client with a major new project for me - which is pretty daunting, but really exciting.

I did manage to spend some time on my tab this weekend though and do a bit of sketching and working on some of my old stuff. Digging out all my old sketches it kind of shocked me that I don't really have a 'style' that I draw in. To be honest I don't think I ever will have! My problem is that I just enjoy so many different styles. Fashion illustrations, manga, comics, etc. Is that a bad thing?

If you haven't seen already, I started a new 'Simple' tutorial series last week -- showing you simple recipes / crafts / etc. I tried my hand at cooking Butternut Squash Soup and Sweet Potato Fries -- which were both edible and really tasty! Who'd of thunk it! If you're looking for something quick and simple (see what I did there!) then you should definitely check them out.

Lastly, another crazy thing that happened last week was one of my old Youtube videos was featured on Time.com! Let me explain a bit more // as some of you know, with the PS4 you can record your gameplay - I did this with a game called Flower ages ago and popped the video up on Youtube. Fast forward to last week and the games editor at Time wrote an article "The 5 Best PlayStation 4 Games Right Now" and used my video to showcase the game. How mad is that!

Which makes me wonder - would any of you be interested in me creating a separate page to embed my gameplay videos into? Also, let me know if there's anything you'd like to see in the 'Simple' series as well, or if there's any bits of illustration/design work you'd like to see.
